How do I make gifs? You know, the good ones.

Can any one tell me how to make a gif file?

Please note, I’m not talking about taking still photos and rotating them.. No. I mean clips of tv/movies which are cropped and looped. You know, the kind of gifs that everyone uses.

I explain this because every single time I have asked for help in this people only tell me how to rotate still photos. Which I know how to do.

For refrence I have photoshop and image ready — learning the procedure for one of these programs would be most helpful. Or if there is a free program I should use for them, let me know what it is. I will love you forever and bake you cookies
